Supplemental Figure 2. A tryptic digest of -casein in deionized water (1pmol, 2 l) treated by Zr4+-PO3-magnetic Fe3O4/SiO2 nanoparticles and the nanoparticles were subsequently rinsed by (a) a solution containing 0.1% TFA and 80% ACN;(b) a solution containing 0.5% TFA and 80% ACN;(c) a solution containing 1.5% TFA and 80% ACN;(d) a solution containing 6.0% TFA and 80% ACN. Then the eluents was respectively collected, lyophilized and re-dissolved for the MALDI-TOF MS analysis. MALDI-TOF mass spectra were as followings. The peaks marked as“*” were phosphopeptides.
