I declare that I am amateur as defined by UKA laws and will be over 17 on the race day. I have read and agree with the conditions of entry. I certify that I am medically fit to run and the organisers will not be held responsible for any injuries or illness incurred to my person during or as a result of the event or any property lost or damaaged in the vicinity of the course, the car park or the changing areas. I understand that my entry is subject to the approval of the promoters and the entry fee is not refundable or transferable in any circumstances. I agree that it is my responsibility to return the ChampionChip timing device according to the instructions in the Runners Notes and I accept the £10 fee chargeable for non-return of chip.

Conditions of entry
· By entering the race you agree to abide by the Conditions of Entry and any race instructions given to you by the organisers and officials of the ASICS Fleet pre-London Half Marathon
· Applications will be accepted up to 17th Febuary 2013 (or until the military entry limit is reached should this be earlier – do not leave it late to enter or you may be disappointed.
· Race numbers will be sent out approx. 14 days before the race
· If your entry is accepted, your entry fee is not refundabale under any circumstances
· All participants are strongly advised to consult their doctor prior to undertaking any exercise programme. Sorry this course is not suitable for wheelchair athletes
· Only finishers will receive a medal
· For reasons of safety no entries are allowed from people on rollerskates, scooters, on bicycles, in wheelchairs, hand cyles or pushchairs
· No cyclists, pets or dogs are allowed to accompany runners, except for registered guide dogs. Please advise if your are a partially sighted runner
· The Fleet pre-London Half Marathon complies with the Data Protection Act 1988 and you have the right of access to your personal records held on our computer. If you do not want your name made available to our sponsors, please tick the box on the entry form
· By entering the race, you give permission for the free use of your name, voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast. Advertising, promotion or other account of this event
· In the event of the race being cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, we will endeavour to contact all runners prior to the race day where possible
· It is the responsibility of all participants to retunr their ChampionChip timing device as per instructions in the Runners Notes. Non-return is chargeable
· Please do not wear headphones. This rule is for our own safety, you may need to hear instructions from marshals
· This is not a walking race and a strict 3 hour cut off time will be enforced
