SAVE IMAGES IN MY DOCUMENTS FROM INTERNET / Save an image in my documents using the right mouse button /
  1. Click on the right mouse (PC) of the images below until a dialog box appears.
  2. If you are using Internet Explorer, select "Download image to disk." If you are using Netscape, select "Save this image as."
  3. A box pops up asking you where you want to save the image to. Navigate to the folder in which you want to keep your images.
  4. Usually you'll want to rename the image, giving it a name that will make sense to you a few months down the line. In the "Save image as" box, change the name of the picture to the name you have chosen
  5. Click on the "save" button. You now have an identical copy!

1-Click on the right mouse (PC) of the images below until a dialog box appears.
2-Click in copy image
3-Paste de image in PowerPoint
B- save the image in your computer and insert the picture in the following way, Insert – Picture

Slides: These are the actual images that illustrate the information you wish to present. Slides can include text, drawn objects, tables, charts, clip art, as well as visuals created with other applications
In PowerPoint, the term presentation refers to the entire collection of related elements (for example, slides, handouts, notes, etc.)
