Sky TV provide their installations engineers with Smartphones to help them complete their work and stay in touch with the head office. Their work schedules for the day are remotely synchronised with their smartphones, and if necessary, the schedule can be updated during the day by the office. They also use the Smartphones to contact customers when they are on the way to their house.
