· Think of a product or service that you have had a problem with (or you can come up with one) but it must be of appropriate nature
· Using the business letter format:

Ø the company’s name & address – can make this up
Ø greeting (for ex. Dear Customer Service,)
Ø body of the letter - which must include
1. state something positive about the company or the product
(for ex. I have greatly enjoyed my iPod or I only by Express products because they fit so well)
2. state exactly what product or service you have
3. state specifically what the problem is
4. tell them exactly what you expect them to do and by when
5. tell them if you will be enclosing receipts or proof of purchase
