How to Order

1.Consult your current price list. This will tell you not only the price of the appliance you want to purchase, but alsowhether or not that model is currently included in our UK range. The brochures and Siemens web site will give you full details of the appliances you select from our price list.

2.When you have selected the appliances you wish to buy, complete the electronic order form and forward to . You can pay by MasterCard, Visa or Maestro. The payment of this can be made by the recipient - the address of the credit card holder must be given.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 24-48 HRS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER

IF YOU ARE ORDERING GIFTS, THESE NEED TO BE ORDERED UNDER THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY SCHEME, IT IS ONLY A STAFF SALES IF YOU ARE IN POSESSION OF THE APPLIANCES IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN

Home Delivery Service

1.Once your order is placed we will schedule the next available delivery date that is on average 7.10 working days for stock items. For major appliances our carrier company, Expert Logistics, will then contact you to confirm delivery. Home Delivery orders can be placed for delivery to a consumer’s residential address to the UK postcode area only, We do not deliver to Northern Ireland. The service is an ‘all-day call’ between 7.00 and 19.00.

A standard delivery is carried out by 2-person crew using a 7.5 Ton lorry. Any non-standard delivery (i.e. small van or extra people) will incur additional charges. We will notify the retailer of the cost and proceed with delivery once this has been accepted. Unfortunately this may affect the agreed delivery date

When contacting Expert, the delivery postcode and surname of the recipient will need to be quoted. Please note that Expertonly receive the order information 24 hours prior to delivery date. We will endeavour to meet any specific requested delivery dates where possible.

Trade Deliveries are to the UK only, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland/Channel Islands.

4.Remember to note any special delivery instructions on the order form. For example you may want your old machine taken away. Or if you want delivery to an address other than your home (a friend's home perhaps) please let us know:

5.Whoever takes delivery of the appliance(s) should have them unpacked by the carrier, who will take the packing away with them. Should the appliance prove to have been damaged during transit, it must be returned with the carrier. All damage must be reported within 48 hours.

6.For all Trade deliveries, any damages must be reported within 28 days from receipt of delivery. If you require an exchange, the appliance must be returned back to the company we delivered it to and we will arrange the new delivery and collection from there. –

If an exchange is required for an appliance that has been incorrectly ordered by the customer there will be a 20% restocking charge which will be taken off the credit/refund.

7.The carrier will take your old appliance away, but the appliance must be disconnected and ready for removal. You must advise us of this requirement atthe time you place the order. A £10 charge for each item is payable for this service.

8.For security reasons, the carrier will not deliver large appliances to an empty house. You can nominate a neighbour to receive the goods on your behalf or accompany the carriers into the delivery address, but instructions to leave appliances "in the porch" or "in the garage" for example, cannot be accepted. All deliveries must be signed for.

9.Optional Connection Service: The connection is made to existing pipe work. No additional plumbing work or alterations to kitchen furniture etc. will be undertaken. If at the time of receipt, the delivery company staff deems any aspect of the connection not to be feasible it is at their discretion not to proceed. Please contact us directly should this occur. The old appliance must be disconnected and ready for removal. You must advise us of this requirement at the time you place the order. A £15 charge for each item is payable for this service. Applies only to free-standing home laundry or dishwashing appliances.

10.When the goods have been delivered, we will send you a receipted invoice.

KEEP THIS receipted invoice; it is your proof of the date that you purchased your appliance through our Staff Discount Club. You will need this proof in case anything goes wrong with your appliances.

3.The Siemens guarantee

Your Siemens appliance comes with a free 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

5-year warranty plus

Siemens offers a comprehensive 3-year parts and labour extended guarantee. For one payment, all parts, call-outand labour charges will be covered for a total of 3-years after your initial 2-year manufacturer's guarantee expires, giving you 5-years peace of mind.

4.No basic call out chargeto Siemens employees should your appliance go wrong after its second year, call-out and labour charges are normally payable. This preferential after care service isONLY AVAILABLE to Siemens employees who are able to produce a Staff Sales purchase receipt and proof that they currently work (or are pensioners) of Siemens groups in the UK. Friends and family who acquire products via our staff discount scheme will be expected to pay the full cost of the service call.

5.Spare Parts. Any spare parts required will be charged at the normal rate.
