All prices might be subject to chance.
The valid prices are listed online on (March 1st, 2018).
Event duration:
The event is held on two days (April 28th – 28th, 2018) from 10 am until 6pm.
Setting-up times:Friday: April 27thfrom 8amuntil 6 pm
Saturday: April 28thfrom 8 amuntil 10am
Deconstruction times:Sunday: April 29th from6 pm until 8 pm
Monday: April 30thfrom 10 am until 6 pm
The terms are:
The participation in the IRM is liable to costs, calculated by the length of your presentation / display and the price per metre of the location, plus additional costs for energy if needed (prices as listed on the IRM website).
Participation in the IRM (with presentation / display) requires the application procedure, which is open from January, 10th until March, 1st.
The participants are offered a presentation area in the large hall, entry hall, galleries, IRM tents or the open outside area. Special requests can only be fulfilled if requested and agreed upon prior to the event.
The participants need insurance coverage for their goods / display / presentation.
The organisers of the IRM can not be held responsible for damage or theft of goods at the IRM, especially during nighttime. Therefore the participants are responsible for securing their goods / display / presentation (especially over night) to prevent theft, damage, impact due to weather etc.
