Annual Convention Exhibitor Agreement

ANNUAL CONVENTION EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT

(Herein after “Host”) (Herein after “Exhibitor”)

The parties agree that the Host will allow the Exhibitor to exhibit at the under mentioned event on the following terms and conditions:

1.  The Event:

Name of Event: “IMASC 39th Annual Convention 2017”

Location: Wyndham Hotel Anaheim/GardenGrove

2.  The Exhibit:

2.1.  Type of the Exhibit: Regular Type B (Dimensions: 6'X30")

2.2.  Dates of the Exhibit: 11/04/2017

2.3.  Timings of the Exhibit:

3.  The Exhibitor Fee:

3.1.  The Exhibitor agrees to pay the host the following Exhibit Fee

Total Amount of Fee $ 2000 (includes breakfast and lunch for two representatives)

3.2.  Payment terms for the amount(s) specified above shall be made as follows:

Payment shall be paid in full directly to the IMASC upon receipt of signed "Annual Convention Exhibitor Agreement"

3.3.  The Exhibitor shall pay the amount(s) specified above by check, payable as follows:

4.  Conduct of the Exhibit

4.1.  The Exhibitor represents and warrants that the Exhibit will (i) neither influence planning nor interfere with the presentation of any educational activity being conducted as a part of the Convention. (ii) not be permitted in the same room of any educational activity being conducted as a part of the Convention. (iii) not distribute advertisement material in any form in the same room of any educational activity being conducted as a part of the Convention.

4.2.  The Host represents and warrants that all necessary authorizations and agreements to conduct the Event have been obtained.

4.3.  This Agreement states the entire agreement an understanding between the two parties with respect to the subject matter set forth herein, and shall supersede all prior oral and written agreements between the parties on the subject matter.

4.4.  The Agreement shall not be binding on the Host or the Exhibitor until signed on their behalf by duly authorized officer/employee of the Host and the Exhibitor.
