Who Attends the Annual Celebration?
We are anticipating approximately 90 or more Case Managers will attend from various settings including Acute, LTAC, SNF, Rehab, Physician Groups, Insurance, Home Health, Worker’s Compensation, Independent Livings and others.
Exhibitor Fee
· Booth (includes one 6’ draped table, two persons and one meal ticket) $300.00
· Your company will be promoted in the event syllabus that all participants will receive. Email a one line description of your company with contact information to with registration for inclusion in the syllabus.
· Spacious resource expo with cash bar and hors de oeuvres.
Sponsorship Opportunities
This year you will have the opportunity to participate as a Key Sponsor during the Expo Celebration.
· Premium booth display by hors de oeuvres station or cash bar with signage for an additional $100.
· All sponsors will receive one free admission to CMSA Sacramento General meeting for the year 2018 (including dinner).
