All applications with checks must be postmarked by November 15th, you may enter after this date with money order or credit card online at www.missheartofga.com (absolutley no checks after this date). Church will open to contestants at 9am for final registration and to get dressed, pageant will begin at 11am.
Baby Miss - ages newborn-11mths Young Miss – ages 7-9 years Tiny Master Boys Newborn- 2yrs
Toddler Miss - ages 1 -2years Jr. Miss – ages 10-12 years Little Master Boys 3-5yrs
Tiny Miss - ages 3-4 years Teen Miss – ages 13-15 years Master Boys 6-9yrs
Little Miss –ages 5-6 years Miss – ages 16 years –19 years
Awards for 2015 Queens & Kings
Queens & Kings will receive a beautiful crown, a custom title sash, and a bag of Christmas gifts. Winners will also be invited to ride in the Griffin Christmas Parade the first Sunday in December.
*all alternates will receive a Christmas gift presented by Santa and a trophy just for competing*
Optional Awards
There will be other opportunities to win also! Judges will choose a winner for each optional from each age division. Optionals are: Best smile, best dressed, best personality, and prettiest hair. Winners for each optional will receive a Christmas gift. Also we will have Holiday wear (this can be natural or glitzy). Wear your favorite holiday attire to show your Christmas spirit! There will be a Holiday wear winner in each age division that will win a crown, trophy, and gift. You do not have to enter these optional events to compete for your age division title
Overall Optionals
There will be Overall Optionals; Overall Most Beautiful/Handsome, Overall Holiday Wear, and Grand Supreme offered at the door at registration. The overall breakdown is 0-6yrs and 7-up (with over 40 contestants we will add a 3rd breakdown). Overall door optionals can only be paid with cash at the door and winners will win Gorgeous large crowns, custom sashes, 4ft trophies, and a toy/gift package!
Raffle Tickets
Raffle tickets are a great way to pay for your entry fees and win great awards. Ask your friends, family, and local businesses to sponsor you for $5.00 per ticket. Every contestant collecting $300.00 in sponsor tickets will receive all fees paid into pageant including Overall Door optionals, a crown, 4ft trophy, and gift on stage. The contestant with the most raffle tickets collected over $300.00 will be crowned the “Miss Holiday Queen”. They will receive a beautiful large crown, title sash, and a 6ft trophy, and an amazing gift. All raffle tickets must be turned in no later than November 15, 2015 to qualify for awards. You may continue to sell tickets up until the day of the pageant and turn the remainder in upon arriving. A raffle will be held the day of the pageant; ticket buyer does not have to be in attendance to win.
Benefiting
We are supporting the GA Empty Stocking Fund this year along with the Spalding Co. Animal Shelter. We are asking each contestant to bring a min 5lbs bag of dog food to the pageant and you will receive a free optional we will be offering at the door. All food will be delivered to Spalding County Animal Shelter.
Attire & Judging for competition
Contestants will go up only once for beauty competition then once for Holiday Wear Optional . Attire for beauty should be Sunday best, flower girl, or formal pageant attire. We encourage light to no makeup on little girls under 6 and age appropriate makeup for older girls. Hair should be soft styles and not overly stiff. Holiday Wear can be formal or casual and props are encouraged. Fun upbeat Christmas music will be played
Pictures
We will have a professional photographer and no other cameras will be allowed in building Picture package includes unlimited pictures of your child during competition, portraits, and award and crowning photos. Picture package is $35.00. This will include pictures with Santa. Cash and checks are accepted

I hereby certify that Crown Town, staff, and facility where pageant or event is being held, or anyone associated with this pageant are not responsible for accidents, injury, or theft incurred before, during, or after the pageant and therefore release any liability to said parties. Judges decisions are final. Poor sportsmanship will result in disqualification of contestant and prizes (this includes contestant and family members). The director reserves the right to cancel pageant due to lack of participation with full refund. I understand no refund will be given if contestant fails to show or is disqualified because of misconduct by contestant or family member. Deposits of any kind are non- refundable
