Fees $310 - AS QUEENSLAND NETBALL HAVE INCREASED THEIR FEES THIS YEAR

DOWNEY PARK HAVE INCREASED THEIR FEES ALSO - Valleys haven’t increased

Players (Coaching any team)... will only be required to pay $70 – a discount of $240 applies.

Please note Registration fees have risen due to increases from Netball Queensland & DPNA

Besides DPNA fees, the purchase of training equipment and team bibs for all teams have been taken into account this year. Fees cover the full season and include coaching, use of courts & equipment, insurance, access to qualified first-aid for fixture games and specialist coaching for umpires. Valleys do not impose any extra weekly charges.

As per previous years Fees are kept to a minimum with the club seeing a continued increase in association fees to DPNA and insurance liability expenses. In context, these fees are a very worthwhile investment in your daughters’ health and social development when fees are compared to other boys & girls activities. This includes also the removal of our annual chocolate fundraising program.

As outlined above Full registration is only complete when all fees are paid. To register; the enclosed registration form needs to be completed and signed together with payment of full fees.If this poses a problem please contact the club Treasurer. Email

New members insurance is not covered until the first fixture game. NO REFUNDS can be made, as the club does not hold the money but forwards it to DPNA or Netball Queensland.

The responsibilities of players and their parents include making a commitment to fulfil all obligations in the Player and Parents Handbook. Available by contacting the club Secretary, These include:

  1. ATTEND ALL TRAINING SESSIONS and GAMES - especially school holiday weekends.

For junior members their parents as well as the players must also accept these obligations. It is important that parents are present while junior’s train and play. Dates available are advised at the beginning of the season so please check early. The club charges a CANTEEN LEVY of $40.00 per family each season. When the family has fulfilled their duties to the club this levy is then refunded.
