Ingredients for Successful Fan Experience: Covelli Centre Now Serving O’Charley’s Menu Items on Concourse and Suite Level

Youngstown’s Premier Facility for Entertainment will offer cuisine from local Restaurateur and Naming Right’s Sponsor Sam Covelli’s O’Charley’s restaurant

Youngstown, OH—The Covelli Centre will now offer menu items from O’Charley’s restaurant on the concourse and suite level. Featured menu items on the concourse level will include their signature hand-breaded Chicken Tenders, Spicy Jack Cheese Wedges, Grillers and French Fries. In addition to the concession items, the suite level will offer a more extensive menu and feature favorites such as: O’Pretzel Sticks, O’Charley’s Famous Meatballs, Mediterranean Chicken Wrap, and Teriyaki Sesame Chicken.

The addition of O’Charley’s menu items has been at the forefront of solidifying the fan’s food and beverage experience by offering quality cuisine, explains Executive Director, Eric Ryan. “As we [JAC Management Group] have made the transition into the operation of food and beverage, we have to make a conscious effort to improve our fan’s overall experience and a large part of that is in the concession area. The introduction of a national leader in the food and beverage industry such as Covelli Enterprises will certainly accomplish that goal.”

The Covelli Centre’s concession stands have had their exteriors redesigned with the “O’Charley’s green” and brick design to make the fan feel as though they are visiting a satellite location of the restaurant. O’Charley’s menu items are now available on the concourse and suite level.
