The Minutes of the Planning and Administration Committee Meeting held on 11th June 2008 were confirmed and signed as a true record.

Item 15 (c) Monmouthshire County Council – Local Development Plan. Cllr Mrs Y
Havard indicated that she also wished to attend theLocal Development Plan Community
Workshop to be held at 6.30pm on Wednesday 2nd July 2008 at Florence Court, Beaufort
Hotel, Chepstow.
