The Elegance at Hershey - RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of the acceptance of this registration form by The Elegance at Hershey Selection Committee, the undersigned does hereby: (1)Release The Elegance at Hershey Corporation, and its committees, staff, directors, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or related to said event; (2)Release all other participants and officials from any and all liability arising out of or related to said event; (3) Release and hold harmless The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Resorts and Entertainment Corporation from any and all liability arising out of or related to said event; (4)Give permission to use the previously provided photographs, photos taken the day of the event, and information about the entrant's automobile(s) for publication and program inclusion. (5) I further declare that I carry full insurance coverage for the automobile or automobiles registered for this event. (6) I also agree to abide by the rules of The Elegance at Hershey while on its premises.

-Vehicles displayed at the 2011 - 2015 Elegance are not eligible.
-Approximately only 70 showfield slots are available.
-Focus for 2016 is pre-1960 custom coachwork or significant sports/racing automobiles. Exceptions will be made for unique vehicles outside of these parameters.
Entry forms will be reviewed and the Selection Committee will notify you as to its determination. All of their decisions are final. Pictures will not be returned unless specifically requested, and may be used for promotional usage. Final selection will occur in the Spring of 2016.
If accepted, you will receive a package with parking information, hotel reservation information and information for planning your visit to the Hershey, PA area.
