TITLE: Child Support & Paternity Specialist 3
LOCATION: Division of Family Development, Quakerbridge Plaza, Hamilton, NJ.
SALARY: $47,936.78- $67,786.19
DEFINITION: Under the direction of the Child Support and Paternity Specialist 1, Department of Human Services, represents one of the geographical administrative areas comprised of a group of county child support agencies; does other related duties.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of experience in the analysis, development, coordination and monitoring of operating procedures for a social welfare agency.
NOTE: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute experience as indicated on a year-for-year basis.
LICENSE: Appointee will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
