Guidelines:

Poster presentation format – Posters should be ‘A0 or A1 size’.

Authors are responsible for displaying their own posters on the allocated board between 6.30pmand 7.30pm on Friday 23rd February or before 7.30am on Saturday 24th February.

Posters will be available for viewing throughout the duration of the conference.

If authors are attending the conference, it is expected that they will stand by their poster to answer questions during the breaks.

If authors are not attending the conference in person the posters can be sent to Horses Inside Out, 38 Main Street, Bunny, Nottingham. NG11 6QU before 1st February 2017.

Collection of the posters at the end of the conference is the responsibility of the author or a representative of the author.

The Early Bird Application rate will be extended to December 15th for authors of the posters only.

Best Student Poster Competition

Criteria used for judging scientific posters at Horses Inside Out Conferences:

-Students only are eligible for this competition

-Each judge will award a score from 1-5 based on the form below.

-The poster with the highest score wins.

-A certificate will be awarded to the best poster and the runner up before the panel session on Saturday.

-Where possible the author or a representative should be present during the morning and afternoon breaks on Saturday to answer questions and discuss their work.
