2.Submit this form to the Standards Group no later than 2 days after bids are received.
3.A copy of this form will be returned along with the signature-ready Postbid Contract documents, forms, and memos within 2 working days after receipt.
4.Review prebid Project Information Form. List any edits resulting from addenda or other changes which occurred since original submittal. Make notations with a different color pen. Be sure to verify legal project name and gfs number.
