- Submit Request for Copy of Document(s) form AND $5.00 (copy fee) cashier’s check or money order made payable to the “Bureau of Indian Affairs” to the Court Clerk’s office.
Copy/Research Fees:
$1.00 per page – Copy Fee
$5.00 Certified Copy Fee
$20.00 Research Fee
The $5.00 copy fee MUST be paid at the time you submit the Request for Copy of Document(s). Should the copy fee be less than $5.00, you may request for a reimbursement.
Request for Copy of Documents may take up to 10 business days. If documents requested have been sent to the Federal Records Center in Lenexa, Kansas, the Request for Copy of Documents may take up to 30 business days and additional fees will be required. The Court Clerk will contact you at the telephone number, email address, and/or address you listed in the Request for Copy of document(s). Should additional fees be required for processing your request.
Research and copy fees MUST be paid before the request is submitted to the Federal Records Center. Request requiring additional fees will be held for 30 days. Should you fail to pay the total amount required your request will not be processed.
