Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

April 18th, 2017

Meadowcrest Clubhouse 1400 N. MacVicar Rd.

I.  Call to Order

President Janet Locke opened the meeting at 1:08 pm.

Directors Present: Nancy Sgro – Arbor Court POA
Kevin Kelly – Hillcrest Village POA
Harry Nicolino – Pinehurst Village POA
Janet Locke – Office Park POA
Mike Riegler – Commercial POA, via telephone conference call
Bobbi Keane – Fox Hollow Village POA
Marina Taylor – Technology Square POA, via telephone conference call

Directors Absent: Betty Rudy – Fairmont Village POA
Maggie Quick – Advantage Site POA (Summerhill)

Also Present: Robbie Anderson, Manager, Lynn Himelrick, Mary Ellen Aliberti, Donna Coates, Pat Gabriel, Peg & Curt James, Carol & Ed Hornbuckle

III.  Approval of Minutes

A.  Regular Minutes of March 21st, 2017 Board of Directors Meeting.

Kevin Kelly motioned to accept the minutes as amended of the March 21st, 2017 Board meeting to add Nancy Sgro objection to Arbor Court POA infraction letter being addressed at MCA meeting. Bobbi Keane second. Motion passed unanimously.

IV.  Committee Reports

A.  Finance Committee – April 2017 report attached.

B.  Landscape Maintenance Committee – the walk through is held the 2nd Thursday of each month, we meet at 9am in the clubhouse parking lot.

Additional committee members are needed. The pool landscape, drainage and deck project and the new landscape at the abandoned fish pond are goals for this committee this spring. Remove lower park Bahia sod project from Manager Action Item list, cost prohibitive.

C.  DAB Committee

D.  Long Range Planning Committee

E.  Documents Committee

F.  Audit Committee – Report attached.

G.  Social Committee – Report attached. Volunteers are needed for this committee, please contact Linda Bendel, interim chair of the Social Committee.

V.  Ad-Hoc Committee Reports

A.  Master Drainage – set meeting to begin new drainage plan projects.

B.  MCA Bid Committee –

C.  MCA Surveillance Committee -

1.  Speed enforcement on Meadowcrest Blvd.

Two (2) signs at each entrance end of Meadowcrest Blvd. “Speed Checked by Radar” will be placed after engineer recommends locations. Janet Locke motioned to add post reflectors to the Stop signs on Meadowcrest Blvd. Bobbi Keane second. Motion passed unanimously.

VI.  Manager’s Action Item List –

A.  Sheriff Patrol report – attached.Add Channel 95 Notice re: Sheriff Security Patrol for vacant homes, snowbirds and vacationers.

VII.  New Business

A.  Key Card Access Policy – owner vs. resident.

Kevin Kelly motioned to change policy and allow non-resident vacant lot owners and homeowners that do not rent to have key access cards. Nancy Sgro second. Motion passed unanimously.
