ITU-T Study Group 16 would like to thank Study Group 20 for its efforts in defining the accessibility requirements for IoT applications and services (your COM20-LS75, out TD21/Gen).

Question 26/16 ("Accessibility to multimedia systems and services") would like to express its wishes to collaborate with Study Group 20. We would also suggest thatitjoins the new JCA on e-services as well as the JCA-AHF, as it comprises many representatives from the PWD federations and this would enable SG20 to learn and discuss with the PWDs, which will be helpful in defining the exact need of the PWD community.

Also considering that ITU-T Study Group 16 isthe lead study group on telecommunication/ICT accessibility for persons with disabilities. We hope to remain in close contact with you on common interest matters in order to enhance the collaboration process.
