Prerequisite: Keyboarding Applications. This area of study is designed to aid students in becoming skillful in the operation of an office. Major instructional areas include: personal development and employability skills, managing records, processing mail, communication duties, keeping financial records, applying computing, accounting, and data skills, processing business correspondence, operating office equipment, using management skills, and completing office support activities.
