15. Warranty provision: At ABC Vacuum Warehouse, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases. We want to make sure your vacuum does indeed fit your needs. On all vacuums, you have 30 days to return the item for either exchange or refund. We do require that you simply ship it back to us with the product in like new and acceptable condition. Damage to the merchandise due to abuse is unacceptable. We do understand that there may be wear and tear on the shipping box, which is not a factor. After 30 days, all defects and repairs are covered under the product manufacturer's warranty.
