Central Payroll currently provides each agency with a Payroll Register. The delivered PeopleSoft report does not sort or break by department.

In order for agencies to audit and reconcile at the employee level, Central Payroll requires a Payroll Register to sort and page-break by department for distribution to the agencies. Central Payroll would maintain the current delivered report format for its own purposes in order to have one centralized report for the payroll employees to maintain and utilize for access to the data.

The current report provided on-hand information in summary format for the current pay period that would be useful to the agency in reconciliation and audit. Pulling up the information online for each employee inquiry would be a cumbersome task.
