Touchdown Committee and HS Football

Introduce Karl Long – planning for first general club meeting. Presented Needs List, tent/canopy, tunnel. FB will work on stadium hill at Campus Cleanup

Summer Camp has 33 paid participants (July 21 to 23)

Introduce Steve Canale – Also had John Wunder, 5th grade coach

Discuss Uniforms and Helmets

oDonations – 60 helmets, agreed on white helmets

oPurchase – discussed need for MS shoulder pads, integrated white pants will be part of players pack. Suggest to make all MS jerseys blue

7/28 & 7/29 tryouts – teams announced 7/31, MS first game 8/23 (5 gates this season), need team mom signups/concessions

Athletic Director

Mr. Lasher to give status update – AD selected, have to wait for 8/5 UC Bd. Meeting. Doug Jones to be MR AD for 3 weeks until new AD is announced.

Meet and Greet for coaches and BC board – combine with new AD? Will have to be after 8/6

Membership

We still need a chair – Scott Wahlers said he would help

Premium membership gifts - make decision, Jim Day has flags/license plates, Duggan has tumblers & umbrellas. We are going to use this old merchandise.

Premium membership badges – need to order – printed by AlphaGraphics

Mr. Starr’s request for new track uniforms this year - $13000 – 4 teams Men’s Fall & Spring, Women’s Fal & Spring

Vote on budget amendment – Vote passed by all

Need to update both MS and HS uniform tracking spreadsheets

Need to determine future annual funding needs for uniform reserve once spreadsheet is updated
