Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years full-time experience in a client servicing & analytical capacity
- Industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
Responsibilities:
Work as a member of a team consisting of approximately four Financial Advisors, two to three Private Client Associates & one Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include:
- Heavy client interaction & problem solving for high net-worth prospects, clients & professionals
- Client Servicing
- process cash flows
- special projects
- prepare meeting materials
- explain current strategy
- research topics as needed
- discuss market-related material
- explain Company products & services
- account creation, maintenance & reconciliation
- formulate prospecting & client servicing strategy with Financial Advisors & teammates
- liaise between client & all other departments (portfolio management, legal, operations, compliance, etc.)
- Analytical Work
- portfolio & overall net-worth analysis including creating asset allocation & asset location recommendations
- consider potential impact of asset allocation, spending & long-term client goals through a proprietary
- forecasting model
- evaluate potential tax & estate planning benefits & consequences of transactions
- create & update customized spreadsheets

Proven, Required Skills:
- Ability to grasp sophisticated financial concepts & apply knowledge to daily tasks.

- Must have the ability to handle a heavy workload with many intraday deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Must have the ability to wear many hats both within the Private Client Associate job & within the office.
- Flexibility to work longer hours when workload demands is preferred.
Training involves both in the classroom as well as on the job exposure to products, services, procedures and policies, in addition to continuing education on various industry topics, economic events & market issues.
