2015 EXHIBITOR RESERVATION FORM

The 2015 Society for Marketing Advances Annual Conference will be held November 4, 2012 – November 7, 2015 at the Sheraton Gunter Hotel, 205 East Houston Street, San Antonio, TX. The exhibitors will be located in the Alamo Room (with registration and refreshment area) on the 3rd floor where conference session will be held. Details for Exhibitors

1. Exhibitor registration includes:

  • 6' or 8' rectangular table(s) with cover cloth and chair,
  • Attendance at SMA social events:

Welcome Reception, Wednesday, November 4th, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Awards Luncheon, Friday, November 6th, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

President's Reception, November 6th, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

  • Morning and afternoon breaks on Thursday, November 5th and afternoon break on Friday, November 6th
  • Logo placement in conference program
  • Recognition at SMA Awards Luncheon

2. The exhibitor area is available all day Wednesday, November 4th, for set-up. Exhibitor hours

are:

  • Wednesday, November 4th, 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM,
  • Thursday, November 5th, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, and
  • Friday, November 6th, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM.

3. Internet connection in the exhibitor area is not provided.

4. Exhibitor may ship materials directly to the hotel; materials must arrive at the Sheraton Gunter

on or after November 1, 2015. SMA will deliver materials to exhibitors' table(s) on Wednesday,

November 4th, around noon. Label all boxes with the "Society of Marketing Advances,

November 3-7, 2015" and ship to:
