Small Business Members will receive a 10% Discount for exhibiting 1 or 2 days.

(1-day discount = $67.50) (2-day discount = $112.50) for both days

Corporate Business Members will receive a 20% Discount for exhibiting 1 or 2 days.

(1-day discount = $60.00) (2-day discount = $100.00) for both days

There is no discount for Non-Members

Booth size is 8’x10’.The table will be skirted and you will receive 2 folding chairs.

A complete list of all items to be displayed or sold by vendors must be submitted and approved by the Conference Coordinator and Executive Board in advance of Conference. TPHCCA reserves the right to prevent the sales of any items undisclosed and not approved prior to the start of Conference. If any items are deemed unprofessional, inappropriate or dangerous, vendor will be requested to leave the premises. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

Each exhibitor is asked to donate a door prize with a value of $25.00. Your donation will be collected either on Thursday night when you set up your booth or Friday morning.

Conference Advertising

  1. Advertising your business in the Conference Program is an additional charge according to your add size and publication you choose.
  2. Added information or flyer brochures added to the Conference Resource bags must be received by July 31, 2016.. Please contact Edith Shepard for the quantity needed and where to send the information.
  3. Please send your Business Card for our brochure and program. This assures that all spelling and information will be printed correctly.
