DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- This position will manage all fundraising and development activities for the agency. Candidate will also be responsible for concepting, developing and implementing Maryhaven’s development plans for both capital and operating support as well as endowments; submitting written grant proposals; and managing donor relations. The position is also responsible for concepting and developing marketing plans and materials, as well as managing communications strategies with the various constituents that Maryhaven serves.

REQUIREMENTS-Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Development or Marketing, PR, Business Administration or related field. Five years experience in development, fundraising, marketing and grant writing required. Must have excellent communication and writing skills. CFRM preferred.

BILLING SUPERVISOR - Supervise a staff that monitors client information to ensure accuracy and completeness of record. Remain in close contact with primary funder. Produce client daily census discharges and transfers. Verify census with electronic record to ensure accuracy of client movement, accuracy of utilization numbers and accuracy of state required data elements. Candidate will also be responsible for accurate billing for all special pay contracts; ensures data entry meets contractual obligations including services, rates, and authorizations.

REQUIREMENTS- Associate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent experience. Must have 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Detail oriented with billing experience preferably in a Behavioral or Mental healthcare environment. Must have strong analytical and problem solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.

COUNSELOR III WOMEN’S PROGRAM-Develops a comprehensive clinical formulation based on completion and/or review of chemical dependency, mental health, bio-psychosocial, and related assessments and client’s current functioning. Manages the therapeutic environment of the Aya Program by regularly interacting with clients and by maintaining discipline. Provides chemical dependency and mental health counseling: individual, family, group; creates a therapeutic relationship with clients; crisis intervention; chemical dependency/rehabilitative education; mental health counseling and community referral.

REQUIREMENTS- LSW, PC or LCDC III

COUNSELOR III ADOLESCENT- Responsible for chemical dependency and mental health counseling, case management, and treatment planning for clients who have been referred to Maryhaven for treatment. Develops a comprehensive clinical formulation based on completion and/or review of chemical dependency, bio-psychosocial, and related assessments and client’s current functioning. Develop, assign, and monitor individualized treatment and Continuing Care Plans in cooperation with a multi-disciplinary Treatment Team. Provide direction to case manager to ensure problems identified in assessment are resolved or appropriate services accessed

REQUIREMENTS-PC, LSW

COUNSELOR III OPIATE TREATMENT-Develops a comprehensive clinical formulation in a methadone program based on completion and/or review of chemical dependency, bio-psychosocial, and related assessments and client’s current functioning. Provides chemical dependency counseling (individual, family, group), crisis intervention, and chemical dependency education. Provides diagnosis, treatment or referral of methadone emotional disorders.

COUNSELOR II ADOLESCENT -Provides chemical dependency counseling (individual, family, group), crisis intervention, and chemical dependency education. Develops, assigns, and monitors individualized treatment and Continuing Care Plans in cooperation with a multi-disciplinary Treatment Team

REQUIREMENTS- PC, LSW, or LCDC II

Develops, assigns, and monitors individualized treatment and Continuing Care Plans in cooperation with a multi-disciplinary Treatment Team.

REQUIREMENTS- LCDC II, LSW or PC

RN-Performs nursing assessments and treatment of all patients. Completes and documents the biopsychosocial needs of the patients and develops, completes, and implements nursing treatment plans. Monitors and documents the health status of patients. Administers medications and medical treatments; medications not to be kept on site. Coordinates medical and support services. Assists in medical education, parenting skills training, and ongoing chemical dependency treatment.

REQUIREMENTS- Registered Nurse by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

LPN ENGAGEMENT CENTER (PART TIME) - Performs nursing assessment; monitors and documents the health status throughout stay; administers medications and medical treatment as ordered; provides education and referrals; maintains sensitive and confidential information. Performs vital signs on incoming clients.

REQUIREMENTS Licensed Practical Nursing licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

CASE AIDE (PART / FULL TIME) ENGAGEMENT CENTER -Responsible for client safety and security in a program serving clients in a group home setting for persons with mental illness. Duties include observing and monitoring client behavior and emotional status.

REQUIREMENTS-Must have a GED or equivalent, a valid Ohio Drivers license, reliable transportation and evidence of appropriate automobile liability insurance.

COOK-Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner following production sheets and menus. Adhere to proper portion and sanitation control. Assists in serving breakfast, lunch, dinner as needed. Properly store and labels all leftovers. Open and Close kitchen, turns on/off all equipment. Properly cleans and sanitizes serving areas, equipment, and all work area

REQUIREMENTS-- Must have a GED or equivalent. 2 years experience in cooking large quantities and able to multitask,catering experience preferred.

NUTRITIONAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN-Serves breakfast tray line. Prepares specialty sandwiches and desserts for deli. Prepares cold foods for RTC Program. Food Preparation. Prepares and delivers snacks to each unit, having staff sign off on snack sheet. Sets up and dishes salads and desserts for lunch and dinner.Sets up tray line and serves lunch and dinner also pours juices. Follows assigned weekly cleaning schedule and completes.

REQUIREMENTS-High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. One to 6 months experience in general cleaning procedures, or equivalent. One year experience in food service and therapeutic diets. Cooking skills preferred.
