Report of the 4th District Director

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The following is a list of activities I have been involved with from July 2012 through June 2013:
July – Telephonically contacted Stan Kunkle, Bowling Center, Bluffton, IN and Tom Reifsteck, Bluffton USBC BA Assoc Mgr, for the purpose of making arrangements for a District 4 meeting on Sept 23.
Aug 5 – Attended FT USBC Youth Meeting
Aug 10-12 – Attended Indiana State USBC Youth Jamboree and Annual Meeting at Indy. Events well attended.
Aug 20 – Attended Ft Wayne USBC Youth Meeting
Sept 9 – Attend Ft Wayne USBC Youth Meeting
Sept 15 & 16 – Attended IS USBC BA Training Session and Board Meeting held at Indy.
Sept 23 – Held District 4 Meeting at Bluffton Bowl
Oct 7 – Attended FW USBC Youth Meeting
Oct 19-21 – Attended IS USBC BA Jamboree at Indy
Oct 23 – Delivered Open Tournament entry forms to Berne, Hunting, Bluffton and Columbia City. Presented “300” plaque to Matt Okuly in Huntington.
Oct 25 – Delivered Open Tournament entry forms to Albion Bowl, Shadow Bowl, Eagles, Wayne Rec, Lakeside, Georgetown, and Crazy Pinz. Presented awards to Don Fike, James Simon, and Mike Wasson.
Oct 26 – Delivered Open Tournament entry forms to Pro Bowl. Presented “300” & “800” plaque to Zack Stabler.
Oct 29 – Delivered Open Tournament entry forms to Garrett, Butler, Auburn and presented Senior Jacket to Dennis Carper.
Nov 17 – Delivered additional Open Tournament entry forms to Pro Bowl.
Dec 6 – Delivered additional Open Tournament entry forms to Wayne Rec.
Dec 11 – Contacted all of Dist 4 associations by e-mail to remind each of the upcoming events and deadlines.
Dec 13 – Accompanied Pat Webster, President, IS USBC BA, to evaluate “The Bowling Alley” bowling center in Warsaw.
Jan 6 – Helped with the FTW Youth Association All Star Tournament.
Jan 19 – Attended the IS USBC BA Board Meeting at Coopers in Anderson.
Jan 27 – Attended FTW USBC Youth Meeting.
Feb 16 – Attended FTW USBC BA Annual Meeting.
Feb 21 – Invited and attended the Columbia City WBA annual meeting.
Feb 23 – Attended Adams County USBC BA Annual Meeting.
Mar 3 – Attended Steuben County USBC Annual Meeting.
Mar 9 & 10 – Worked at the IS USBC BA Open Tournament.
April 28 – Held IS USBC District 4 meeting at Haworth Fun Lanes in Berne, IN.
May 5 – Attended FTW USBC Youth Annual Meeting.
May 13 – Attended Bluffton USBC BA Annual Meeting.
May 18 – Attended IS USBC BA Board Meeting in Anderson.
June 28-30 – Attended IS USBC BA Board & Annual Meeting.
