3 x 1hr 15min lessons daily in Dressage, Showjumping & Cross Country

Groups limited to max 6 riders

Start 9am — Finish 3;30pm daily

Rules & conditions

Acceptance into this camp constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules.
PCAV riders
must hold a current Pony Club membership card. A photocopy of PCAV grading card must accompany entries.
Open riders
  1. Everybody fills in the Liability Declaration Form
  2. $10 Day Attendance Fee is due UNLESS you are a financial member* of EV/EA; AHSA; AERA; HRCAV, an Interstate Pony Club; or can prove personal Liability Cover of at least $10,000,000. *Must produce proof.
  3. Riders without adequate Insurance Cover pay $10 for Liability Only cover for the duration of the event. (Not personal Medical) and complete the Day Participant Waiver.
  4. PCAV club member cards must be inspected at the secretary’s office.
PCAV Insurance Policy specifically states anyone not following PCAV Rules may be left uninsured.
Acceptable ridingattire(no sleeveless shirts or singlets), medical armband & approved helmets & boots must be worn at all times when mounted. Spot checks may occur.
All riders under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian present if camping over-night.
Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian present at the venue when riding.
Neither the organising committee of this camp nor the PCAV accepts anyresponsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property.Correct & responsible behaviour is expected from riders, parents & spectators at alltimes.
Refund of camp fees after closing date will only be considered with either a doctor or vet certificate. An administration fee of $10 will apply.
CIPC reserves the right to amend the advertised camp program without notice or cancel the camp at their discretion. In the event of cancellation of the camp prior to start date all fees will be refunded in full.
Overnight camping & 47 solid horse yards available at the grounds. Solid portable yarding may also be used in designated areas.
Campers must camp where directed by CIPC personnel. Please keep camp areas to a minimum as we have limited space.
Strictly. No dogs allowed .
PCAV Alcohol policy applies.
No lungeing between 8.30am and 4.00pm whilst camp is in progress.Lungeing may only take place in the designated lungeingarea. (fenced grass arena)
Compulsory gear check daily prior to riding.
Separate group for adult riders (numbers permitting)
