STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of natural gas and all other interested persons.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the public hearing on the merits of this cause is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, February 13, 2012, before the Commission en banc in the Commission's Courtroom, Room 301, Third Floor, Jim Thorpe Office Building, 2101 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Oil and Gas Conservation Division of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission will recommend to the Commission en banc at the public hearing on the merits that the statewide proration formula for unallocated gas wells during the second and third quarters of 2012 should be set at the greater of sixty-five percent (65%) of the calculated wellhead absolute open flow potential or a rate of 2000 MCF/Day.
