Sir,
Quotations are invited for the supply of ElectricalLab Equipmentsas per the sheet in the list attached herewith, subject to the following conditions-
- Quotation should be typed with rates in figure and words. Quotation should be submitted in the sealed envelope duly sealedso as to reach this office latest by dated 10.01.2017up to 5.00pm. Quotation will be opened on 11.01.2017at 3.00pm
- The quotation should be submitted in the sealed envelope. At the top of the envelop Following details should be mentioned

- Supply will have to be completed within 15 days from the date of issue of supply order. If this period is not acceptable for any or all items, the delivery period should be clearly stated in quotations which may not necessarily be acceptable.
- Supply will have to be made at the premises of Government College of Engineering, Nagpur.
- Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, freight, carting charges, insurance, packing and forwarding charges or any other surcharges. If VAT or any other ischarged extra,it should be clearly mentioned. Otherwise it will be presumed that rates quoted, include all Taxes/Charges.
- Items quoted should be of the best quality and should indicate specifically the make, name and country of manufacturer and should be in conformity with our specifications. The quotations should be submitted along with “No Deviation Certificate” attaching catalogues, leaflets etc. Items quoted should have warranty of minimum two years.
- Quotations and offer of supply should remain open for acceptance with a validity ofsix months from date of opening of the quotations.
- The entire responsibility of the safety of goods in transit and up to the place of delivery will be that of supplier.
- Payment will be subjected to delivery of supplied items in good condition, testing, installation training etc. as per requirement and approval of the undersigned. The deductions if any, will be applicablein respect of short supply, damages penalty etc. as per norms.
- Bills must be submitted to the undersigned in triplicate within a week from supply of goods.
- The Payment will be made by DD/Cheque/NEFT/RTGS to the supplier.
- The undersigned reserves the right of withholding full or part payment for the supply not made according to the conditions and specifications of the materials. (Supplier will have to take back rejected material equipmentin part or full from the premises of institutions at the cost of supplier.
- The undersigned shall not incur any liability to pay interest for delay in payment of bills for any reasons what so ever.
- Representative/supplier may attend the office(if desired so) at the time of opening of quotations at your cost.
- The required quantity may vary.
