Team Meeting for athletes and parent(s): December 11, 2016 at Okanagan Adventist Academy (OKAA) – 8:00 PM.
Practices: The first practice will be on Sunday, January 8, 2017. Regular practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. During January to March practices will be from 6:00 – 7:30 at First Lutheran Church in the Mission and on Sundays when not playing in a competition. We are unable to rent OKAA from March 13 – 26and have re-scheduled practices for all age groups at First Lutheran during that time. Please note, during that time period your practices may not be at the same time as your regular practices. Practices will continue to be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, however, the times will vary commencing April 18th when the team practices at OKAA instead of First Lutheran. A practice schedule will be posted on the KVC website before the end of December.

Season Fee: to be determined – in the range of $1,660 - $1,785. The remainder of the season fee will be due on Feb.1/17, Mar. 1/17, & Apr. 1/17.
The season fee includes the following:
-Volleyball Canada and B.C. registration fees ($57.00)
-Training: skill development, practices, gym facilities
-Club Gear: Uniforms, Warmup shirt; Club T-Shirt
-QuestFit training for athletes on KVC Krush 15U – 17U teams
-Team tournament fees to League Days, Super Series tournaments, Provincials & Nationals
-Team travel and hotel accommodation to out of town tournaments (outside of the Okanagan Valley if the competition is more than one day). The team travels together in a rented vehicle. The cost of the vehicle rental, insurance, gas and hotel accommodation is included in the season fee.
-Free entry to the UBCO Heat regular season volleyball matches
-Coaches’ expenses – travel, accommodation, and meals
-Club administrative costs
-Access to purchase KVC team store gear
