These instructions will explain how to register for the RACT 2016 Corps Conference Events.

Your account:

You will be required to create an account on the RACT Website before you can register for the conference.To create the account you need to click on the login link at the bottom of the RACT Website home page (see image below). On the screen that appears you will need to select the create new account tab. You will need to provide a user name and provide an email address. You must complete the security question at the bottom of this section to proceed.

You will receive an e-mail once your account is activated. You will need follow the instructions in the e-mail to create your account password which you can use to log back in again at any time. You can access your account from any computer by logging in via the login link.

Registering for events

You can access the conference registration page by following the links from the Event tab at the top of the homepage. For Internet Explorer 7 browser users you may notice when you are registering for the conference that there appears to be nowhere to enter your information. If you look to the far right of your screen you will see a small text box where you can place your cursor. Once the cursor is in this box you can start typing and the text box will grow.Mandatory information for registration is marked with a red asterisk. The number of attendees is pre-set to 1. (one registration is required per attendee)

IMPORTANT- if you require to be dined out at the Tobruk Dinner you will need to indicate this in the additional comments box. If you do not indicate that you wish to be dined out at this point you may not be dined out.

After entering the required details you need to click on the Submit button to proceed. After clicking on the Submitbutton you will be taken to your shopping cart. For the conference registration you will see that there is no cost so you can click the checkoutbutton.

The next screen is the Checkout screen. You will need to enter billing information as required. Once you have entered your details click the Review Order button.

On the next screen once you have reviewed your order click the Submit order button. The next screen confirms that you have completed your order and will provide you with an order number. To get back to the RACT website click on Return to the front page link.

You will be sent an e-mail to the e-mail address you entered when setting up your account confirming your order.

You will need to register for each event you are planning to attend, one registration per attendee per event.

Once you have completed registration activities make sure you logout of your account by clicking the logout link at the bottom of the page where the login link normally is.

Keeping up to date

Any updates regarding the conference will be posted on Facebook, Twitter and the Latest news section of the RACT website. If you are not subscribed to either the RACT Facebook or Twitter accounts it is suggested you do so, as this will be the easiest way to keep up-to-date with event information.
