Incentive Messaging to Participants: / Employees and covered spouses (if applicable) who enroll in a CB&I Medical Plan for 2018 can earn a 20% discount on their 2018 medical plan premiums for completing a biometric screening AND the online Health Assessment by September 28, 2016.

Programs to be Promoted at Screenings: / Encourage all participants to complete the health assessment online

Client Specific Requirements/Additional Information: / 1.) Some locations do not allow spouses to participate due to security protocols.
2.) Some locations have very strict requirements where TW contractors must wear long pants, closed-toed shoes, long shirts, etc. Check you Security notes in event worksheets.
3.) Leave all additional handouts with site contact (Scorecards, Program Overviews, Health Advocate Materials, Cigna Materials)
4.) Cigna is shipping materials to all on-site screening events and will be attending select locations. If Cigna is not attending your event and the site contact provides you their materials, just place handouts on a table for participants to pick-up at their convenience.
