Training History

InfoShield Company

I did training in InfoShield Company for six months. I was member of Information Security Analyst.

Duties:

- Monitoring of Security events in real time.

- Event management according to the risk which the threat represents, enabling a quicker response time.

- Centralized Security system management.

- Client access to information portals for viewing of reports and data sheets in real time.

Oman Tel

1- I did internship on Omantel for four months. I trained many of functions. First, I was member ofProject Manager Section and Outlet.

Duties:

- Preparing the required Project Implementation Plans for the project execution according to the project requirements and objectives.

- Monitoring and ensuring projects completion on schedule, within budget and in full accordance with project specifications and regulatory authority's quality indicators.

- Developing and implementing action plans for the project to generate proper implementation procedures based upon the contractual milestones and commitments.

- Coordinating with other Omantel organizations teams to facilitate every need and overcome any constraint to meet the final project goals.

- Managing and providing the required support for the implementation team to use the right process and implement the most appropriate procedures to accomplish the best results.

2- I was Member of the team for Network Maintenance and design of Voice. So I coordinated with implementation Unit for the successful deployment of Voice and Broadband services.

Duties:

- Ensure quality and compliance with network level SLAs.

- Ensure that all existing regulations are complied with during the preparation of designs.

- Lead cross-department interaction with other planning departments.

- Lead coordination with other department for site surveys and planning requirements.

- Revision & Preparation for presentation on the road map of Fixed Access-related upcoming technologies.

- Liaise with Integrated Technology to ensure optimum performance of portals.

- Supervise evaluation and monitoring of performance of portals and provide improvement opportunities.

3- The last task I did it in Omantel was Installation and Repair. To provide expert advice in the area of organization and job design the focus being to ensure that company function are appropriately configured requires the ability to provide organizational solutions at all levels in the company hierarchy.

4-In my college when I was studying, I worked as Media Specialist (English Copywriter).

Duties:

- Draft the college's press releases, stories, captions...etc in English and/or Arabic.

- Preparing the monthly PR Plan.

- Initiates ideas for articles according to the set PR Plan.

- Prioritizes, tracks, handles, and maintains records of the elements, costs, and time schedules of each job.

-Involved in organizing and putting together high profile events and conferences.

- Collecting and analyzing media coverage, then drawing conclusions from it.
