Directed finance activities impacting $150M global group Captives, Actuarial, Pooling, Private Client Group, Programs, and Strategic Outcomes Practice segment with operations in North America, London and Bermuda. Partnered with production, service and back-office teams to monitor costs, operations and forecast data to determine regional progress toward goals and objectives. Oversaw high priority projects at multiple locations in North America and London.

  • Implemented “right size” business strategy for Private Client Group in connection with the merger of Willis and Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Company.
