Dunn's Marsh River Dance RN NAJ WC finished her Novice Standard Agility Title with a first place 9/27 at the Central WI Viszla Club trial. River is bred, owned and trained by Deb Hamele

Riverroad Dasher JH AWC took Winner's Dog, Best of Breed, and Best of Winners at the Greater Racine Show on September 9th. He also took Winner's Dog, Best of Breed and Best of Winners at the Elgin Show on September 24th and 25th. He also made the cut both days in Group.

Dasher was shown by Kelly Mitchell. He was bred by Karin Thomas. And he is owned and loved by Peg Schuenemann

“Townley” took WD and BOW for 2 pts in Freeport on Sept 28th so is now CH Sommit’s Motocross.All his points were earned from the bred-by class.

Sommit Chestnut Hills Veta CD BN RN took 2nd in Nov B at the Freeport show and CH Sommit’s Kanga RN WC took 1st in beginner novice on Sept 28th.

Lonestars Carolina Moon passed both senior hunter tests at the Backwater Hunt Test Sept 14th & 15th.

Univ of WI – Madison is doing an ACL Clinical Study

We need Labradors! Purebred Labrador retrievers are needed for a clinical trial at the University of Wisconsin School ofVeterinary Medicine. The dog's pedigreeinformation must be available to qualify for the study.

Some older dogs will also qualify for a laryngeal paralysis study. They will take blood for both studies at no cost to the owner.
