Introduction
The Joanna Briggs Institute conducts an Annual Review of Collaborating Entity activity to evaluate the Key Performance Requirements in line with the Joanna Briggs Collaboration Handbook, in February of each year. Entities participate in a formative assessment of activities in Years 1 and 2 of their legal Agreement with JBI, and a summative assessment at the end of Year 3.For more information on JBC Activity and Funding Matrix Guidelines, including the Annual Review, activity points accrual and funding eligibility, please refer to the Joanna Briggs Collaboration Handbook (available on the JBC Intranet).
Centres must complete and submit the enclosed‘JBC Collaborating Entity Annual Report’ to the Collaboration Support Unit by 31st January of each year via email .
Please note that Collaborating Entities only need to complete fields that are marked in red. This includes activities 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17 and 18.
The Collaboration Support Unit will complete all remaining fields and distribute the final Annual Report to Collaborating Entities by the beginning of March each year.
