STATEMENT SHOWING THE LIST OF THE PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS-I FOR THE YEAR 2013-2014
INSTRUCTIONS: Date: 21.03.2013
1. Admission forms shall be collected from the office and filled up neatly without any over writing.
2. Admission will be made subject to the production of the following documents/certificates to the satisfaction of the school authorities:
a. Original Date of Birth Certificate (for Class – I)issued by the Municipal authorities/ Village Secretary of Gram Panchayat/Military Hospital
b. Original and Xerox copies of Caste Certificate in the name of the child in case of SC/ST/OBC and Physically Handicapped certificate in case of PH
c. Xerox copy of Address proof / residence certificate
3. A Fee of Rs. 6025/- (Rupees Six Thousand and Twenty Five only) including admission fees for the period
from April, 2013 To March, 2014 at the time of admission.( 10) under section 12 (1) (C) of RTE-2009
4. Admission will be made from 21-03-2013 To 31.03.2013 between 9:30A.M. and 1P.M. on all working days.
5. The last date for admission is 31.03.2013.
6. Admission will be cancelled even at a later stage also, if any particulars given by the parents are found to be false/ incorrect.
7. If the candidates mentioned in the selection list fail to take admission by 31.03.2013, wait list candidates will be called,
against the vacancies w.e.f 01.04.2013. ( 8)Meeting for the Parents of class-I will be held on 03.04.2013 at 10 AM. All are requested attend the same.
