Call To Order (Olman)
Attendance: Kathy Olman, Barbara Warren, Rhonda Boggs, Jeff Northouse,

Treasurer’s Report (Vander Maas): $3,000 negative cash flow for December.

Athletic Report & Requests (Parsons): Absent. Nothing passed on to present.
President’s Report:
- Discussion of Hall of Fame. Has Dave Hutton been nominated?
Committee Report:
Concessions (Boggs, Olman): Going well.
o Made $2700 at the MyWay Tournament on Sunday and $1400 at basketball game on Friday.
o Swim coming up on Friday. Wednesday is wrestling versus Hudsonville and will have Dog Den Store open.
o Friday night had a group in. The last 2 hours only had 1 person. As Boosters had to stay the last part recommended splitting credit with team and GAB.
o Team was also selling their own food. Boggs had conversations with Trisha Priest prior to and was told they would not be selling anything.
DawGear (Koetje): Absent
o For team orders, Jim thinks we may be able to use iPad square. He has it available in order to test and validate.
Car Party (VanderMaas):
o Tickets:
§ Ticket Order Forms handed out for those that had tickets last year.
§ If they responded to the email already stating they wanted their ticket, then they will get an email with the form.
§ If did NOT have tickets last year, must email requesting to be put on the waiting list. Wait list is first come, first serve with Booster Members first.
o Prizes:
§ Handed out last year's spreadsheet.
§ Handed out Info Sheet
o Next meeting in 2 weeks, Saturday, January 21st 11am Sports Center Cafe
