Registration fee: 550 €(Bank details for the money transfer will be given later.)

The training programme/course will be organised provided there are at least 15 applicants.

The registration fee covers the contact hours, teaching materials, coffee breaks and some social programmes. The registration fee and the costs of money transfer, travel, accommodation, meal and some social programmes have to be covered by the participants. Participants can apply for Erasmus Staff mobility grant at theirHomeUniversity.

The language of the training is English. We can accept up to 25 participants (maximum of two colleagues per partner institution and may not be able to accept all applications).

Accommodation information
We have pre-booked rooms for the participants at corporate prices at the hotels listed bellow. The quoted prices are available only for the accepted participants of the Staff Week and only for the time of the training. We will send you the booking forms later. Prices are for a single room and include breakfast, free WIFI and all applicable taxes (at Danubius Hotel Gellért free entrance to the famous Gellért Thermal Bath).
