Welcome to Cricklade Horse Show-Carriage Driving

Although the main show was unable to go ahead we were able at the last moment to move the driving and just about managed to keep dry until the drive when the heavens opened!. This year there will be a totally new format from previous shows and will be in line with other driving shows in Wiltshire, each class will stand alone but with the Private Driving Classes going forward to a Championship. Qualifiers are available and there will be a Show Drive with a

BDS Show drive Rosette to go towards your Red Rover total. This class will also have a new trophy in fond memory of Roger Cleaver who for many years together with his family supported and organised the Carriage Driving at this Show

Please park Lorries and trailers in the area designated for Carriage Driving which will be signposted.

Have a safe journey

Directions

Horseboxes and Trailers

Entrance via Chelworth Road–this will be signposted. To control and manage the vehicles in the horsebox park, ONLY horseboxes and trailers will be permitted. Any vehicles travelling separately from their horsebox must either apply in advance for a car pass or park in the general public car park, which is signposted off the B4553.

Where car passes are issued, it is recommended that all your equipment be with your horse’s transport as cars will be parked in a separate section of the horsebox park, and not directly with your horsebox. This will be strictly adhered to. Cars with no pass will be redirected.

Please ensure that you remove all evidence of your visit in the usual manner.
