User Manuals

  1. Go to
  2. Select Telephony.
  3. Select Service Instructions.
  4. The phone and voicemail manuals are located here. Use the model number of your phone to select the respective manual. The model number is in the upper right-hand corner of your phone.
  5. Click on the appropriate link to download or print the PDF of the desired manual.

Programming Features On Your VoIP Phone

  1. Log into your PSU WebAccess ID and password.
  1. Select Phone Settings. (Safari and Chrome not supported)
  2. Select User Options.
  • If you select Deviceyou can program the following:
  • Add/Update your Speed Dials (for use with the Abbreviated Dial feature)
  • Under Line Settings you can program the following:
  • Forward all calls to a different number (for all lines taken by a button)
  • Perform conditional forwarding configurations
  • Configure Ring settings
  • If you select Personal Address Book you can configure your Cisco personal address book entries. These entries are used to configure your Fast Dials.
  • If you select Fast Dials you can configure your Fast Dial list on your phone. This list is accessed under the phone Services menu.

Voicemail

  • Phone number:865-4090
  • Default password is 1234

Self-Service Portal

  • Employees at University Park can now sign up to receive email notifications when they have a new voicemail message on their desk phone. They can also listen to and manage their personal messages through an online portal at The online portal will offer a convenient way for employees at University Park to check their voicemail online from any computer or mobile device at any time. Direct Transfer/Express Messaging Desk

You can forward a person directly into someone’s voicemail box using this featureor you can leave a message without ringing the person’s phone.

To Transfer a caller directly into someone’s voicemailbox:

  1. Press Transfer
  1. Dial 3-6200
  2. Dial the 5-digit phone number of the person’s voicemail box and press #2
  3. Press Transfer

To leave a message in someone’s voicemailbox without ringing his/her phone:

  1. Dial 3-6200
  1. Dial theperson’s 5-digit phone number

  • Submit a Voicemail Ownership Change Form
