In order to become a great leader you first have to understand what leadership is. As supervisors we often think that our title gives us the leadership power that we need to guide our teams to successful and productive outcomes. This is not necessarily the case. What is your leadership style? Do you know the organization’s mission and vision? How does this tie into the overall mission and vision of Texas A&M University?
