FEE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT RELATING TO PEERY’S EGYPTIAN THEATER

WHEREAS, Weber County’s Culture, Parks and Recreation Department has requested fee changes relating to Peery’s Egyptian Theater; and

WHEREAS, after due consideration, the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County has determined to support such fee changes;

NOW THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County ordains as follows:

Title 16, Chapter 2, of the Weber County Fee Ordinance,shall be amendedto include the following fees:
