Guidelines

(Please do not include this page when emailing document)

Set Cost: include costs of new build + original cost of stock items. Do not include props or furniture.

Costume Cost: costs of new build and/or rental. Do not include shipping costs for new or rental costumes.

Participants: include a cast list of up to eight principal characters and the class rank of the student playing those roles or if they are faculty or a professional singer and assign them the appropriate points (as seen on application). For example:

L’Elisir d’Amore

Adina: Masters = 30

Gianetta: Senior Undergrad = 20

Nemorino: Professional Singer/Faculty = 50

Belcore: Junior Undergrad = 20

Dulcamara: Doctoral/Artist’s Diploma/Performer’s Certificate = 40

Following the instructions on the application, total the points of up to 8 of the most important named roles. Then divide by the number of roles listed.

Example: 160 divided by 5 = 32
