- Board and Train services must be paid prior or when the dog is dropped off for training. Any reservation 4 weeks out or greater requires a $100 Non-refundable deposit. Make checks (or paypal) payable to Sunny DeYoung.

Important:All dogs are individuals and their learning will progress at a variable rate. There are no guarantees that the dog will be able to learn, only that the lessons/instruction will be given. Dogs are either learning or forgetting, so a maintenance program must be followed if the dogs are to retain what they have learned. BOARDING AGREEMENT
This is a contract between Sunny DeYoung and the pet Owner. Sunny DeYoung agrees to exercise due and reasonable care, and to keep the premises sanitary and properly enclosed. The dog(s) is (are) to be fed properly and regularly, and to be housed in clean, safe quarters. All dogs are boarded or are otherwise handled or cared for by Sunny DeYoung without liability on her part for loss of damage from disease, theft, fire, death, escape, injury or harm to persons, other dogs or property by said dog(s), or for other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised.

If the pet becomes ill or if the state of the animal's health otherwise requires professional attention, Sunny DeYoung, in her sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian of her choosing, or administer medicine, or give other requisite attention to the animal, and expenses thereof shall be paid the pet’s Owner. ____Pet owner initial
Daily boarding charge begins at the date the entered above. Owner agrees to notify Sunny DeYoung in advance if there is any change in the date this boarding animal is to be picked up. Owner understands and agrees that dog(s) picked up by Owner after 9:00 A.M. shall be charged for a full day's stay. Clients will pay in full the cost for the scheduled boarding up front. Any additional charges incurred by Owner shall be payable upon pickup of pet(s). Owner further agrees that pet(s) shall not leave until all charges are paid by Owner. ____Pet owner initial
It is understood by Sunny DeYoung and Owner that all provisions of this Contract shall be binding upon both parties thereunto for this visit and for all subsequent visits. This Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties.

Board and Train Rates
Daily: $40 per day includes boarding and 2 daily lessons (obedience and/or tracking)
Weekly: $250 per week includes boarding and 2 daily lessons (obedience and/or tracking)
Monthly: $800 per month includes boarding and 2 daily lessons (obedience and/or tracking)
We will work your dog twice per day in obedience or tracking as well as allow him/her free access to a fenced pasture twice per day to run once the dog has perfected a recall. Walks on leash otherwise will take place twice per day.
Transportation to/from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International airport $50.
