the information you provide in this questionnaire is extremely valuable to us.
The information provided will enable the Council to consider possible changesto working conditions, terms and conditions, benefits, internal processes andthose issues that are specific to your Section or Department. It will alsoprovide important information regarding staff turnover.
The information you provide is confidential and any operational recommendations
or areas of concern will only be seen by those people who will be able to actupon the information or suggestions provided.
Your personal details will not be supplied with the information used bymanagers unless you give permission for us to do so at the endofthis questionnaire.
Please note that any responses to the questions below will not affect any re-application to work for the Authority again.
