RODI Building Inspections, Inc. will attempt to identify major repairs and operating problems, the state of repair of the building based on conditions visible on the date of the inspection only, of systems working and in use at the time of this inspection, by operating normal household controls, by non-invasive or destructive testing, by one generalist inspector, and to include visible and readily accessible conditions of:

Structural Components, Site & Drainage, Garage, Exterior, Windows & Doors, Roofing Systems, Fuel Supply Systems, Fuel Supply systems, Interior Plumbing Systems, Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning systems, Primary Electrical System, Insulation and Ventilation, Interior Surfaces, Fireplaces, Fuel Burning Appliances.

This inspection and report are conducted in accordance with Standards of Practice and the code of Ethics of the American Society of Home Inspector, ASHI ®, a copy of which can be downloaded from Please read and understand it. This inspection does not include any engineering services.

RODI Building Inspection, Inc., or the Inspector, is not responsible to repair any damage or conditions disclosed in this report. It is agreed that this report is not a guarantee or warranty against future repairs or problems, will not make a judgment on the market value, use suitability, environmental or code compliance issues with the premises. It is agreed that this report will only help you to reduce your risk in this purchase, that it cannot eliminate it, and that RODI Building Inspections, Inc. and the inspector, do no assume your total risk & liability for the property by performing this inspection and issuing the report. It is agreed that the extent of liability for this report is limited to the building inspection fee of $ .
